Ingredients:
Filling:
1 pkg. frozen peaches
1/3 c brown sugar (or to taste)
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Topping:
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and diced small
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
Instructions:
For the filling: Preheat the oven
to 375° F and spray a 9x9-inch baking with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the
filling ingredients and pour into the prepared baking dish.
For the topping: Combine all of
the topping ingredients and mash the butter cubes into the mixture with hands.
Add the oats and stir to combine.
Evenly sprinkle the topping over
the peach filling and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown
and the filling is bubbling.
*I covered dish with foil and placed peaches in oven for 5-7
minutes and then sprinkled with the topping and baking.
